Divalos

Privacy

This page says what divalos.com records, who receives it and why. It covers advertising measurement, traffic counting and the details you send us through a form or the 90 Days Growth Challenge application.

Advertising measurement

We run Google Ads and Instagram (Meta) campaigns. To know whether an ad brought someone who then contacted us or applied to the program, the site loads the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel.

What Google and Meta receive

The pages you visit on divalos.com, your browser and device basics, and — when you reached us by clicking an ad — the click identifier the platform appends to the ad's destination link.

Purposes

Measuring whether our ads produce enquiries and applications, and optimising which ads and audiences Google and Meta show.

Who receives it

Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Instagram ads). No advertising tag or advertising event loads before your advertising choice is settled in the regions that require one.

Where the choice lives

Your decision is stored in this browser under the key cookie_consent, together with the region rule that applied. A later withdrawal is kept as a refusal, never erased.

Your advertising choice

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec are asked before advertising measurement starts. Elsewhere measurement runs without being asked, but you can still switch it off here — the same control applies in every region.

Ask us to forget

Turning advertising measurement off stops the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel and their events for this browser. It does not remove data Google or Meta already holds about earlier visits; for that, use the contact details below and we will handle the request.

When you contact us or apply

A contact form submission or a 90 Days Growth Challenge application is stored in our own customer database: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, market, budget range and timeline, your message, and the traffic source that brought you (including the ad click identifier when you arrived from an ad). We use it to reply, to prepare the teardown or program brief you asked for, and to see which campaigns bring real customers. It is not sold and is not used to advertise to you elsewhere.

Traffic counting on our side

Separately from Google, divalos.com records its own page views in its own database: the page, the time, the referring site and the traffic source label. This is what powers our traffic and referral reports. No personal identifier is stored with a page view.

Questions

Write to hello@divalos.com or message us on WhatsApp. We keep the page's wording with each stored consent choice so a decision can be shown and changed.
